Through honesty\, resilience\, and deep reflection\, she will explore what it means to rebuild your life\, reconnect with your authentic self\, and discover that change is always possible. Drawing from both lived experience and her work supporting others through crisis\, Seija offers a powerful perspective on healing\, self-worth\, and the role of community in transformation.
