Think About Your Wins

Give yourself five minutes of the day to make what we like to call a “win list”. This could be some really happy or life-affirming moments, something really great that happened throughout the month that you just want to pause and give gratitude for.

Write down your win list, or simply reflect while sitting in silence. Take some really deep, intentional belly breaths and think about all of the things we tend to overlook in our busy lives that you’re grateful for — your spouse, your friends, your employment, the neighborhood that you live in, the sun, fresh air, or a show on Netflix! Practicing gratitude really helps you to focus your attention on what is going right in your life.
