• Registration Table – Help check in golfers, distribute player packets, and answer basic questions as participants arrive.
• Hole Spotters – Assist golfers by watching tee shots and helping locate balls when needed.
• Hole-in-One / Contest Monitors – Oversee contest holes, track attempts, and help ensure rules are followed.
• Beverage Cart Support – Help restock coolers and assist with beverage distribution on the course.
• Silent Auction Table – Sell raffle tickets, monitor auction items, and assist guests with bidding.
• Set-Up Crew – Arrive early to help with signage, registration area setup, and course preparation.
• Clean-Up Crew – Help pack up materials and tidy the event area at the end of the tournament.
