We invite you to join us for the final part of our three part series.

In this transformative session, “Creating Your New Story,” participants will delve into the narratives that shape their self-perception and contribute to feelings of inadequacy. Through guided storytelling exercises and reflective practices, attendees will learn how to rewrite their internal scripts, embracing their unique strengths and accomplishments. By the conclusion of the session, participants will leave with a personalized narrative that empowers them to redefine their identity and confidently share their true selves with the world.

We are excited to welcome back Nicole Montez to lead and facilitate each workshop. She is a master-certified life coach and NLP trainer. Through her elite programs, she’s supported and guided women, equipping them with the power to embrace and own their personal life journeys with courage, faith, and freedom.

October 22nd- Part 1: Imposter Syndrome: Who Am I Really?

In this session on imposter syndrome, participants will explore the psychological roots and manifestations of feeling like a fraud in various aspects of life. Through interactive discussions and reflective exercises, attendees will uncover their true identities, dissecting the internal narratives that contribute to self-doubt and insecurity. By the end of the session, participants will gain practical tools and strategies to combat imposter feelings, fostering a stronger sense of self-worth and belonging.

January 21st- Part 2: Overcoming the P’s of Imposter Syndrome

In this session focused on overcoming the “P’s” of imposter syndrome—perfectionism, procrastination, paralysis, and people-pleasing—participants will learn to identify how these behaviors contribute to feelings of inadequacy. Through guided exercises and group discussions, attendees will develop actionable strategies to reframe their mindset, embrace authenticity, and set realistic expectations for themselves. By the end of the session, participants will feel empowered to challenge these patterns and cultivate a healthier relationship with their achievements and self-image.

February 25th- Part 3: Creating Your New Story

In this transformative session “Creating Your New Story,” participants will delve into the narratives that shape their self-perception and contribute to feelings of inadequacy.
