Kara Valentine is a social impact entrepreneur, an innovative thought leader, a passionate humanitarian, and most importantly, the mother of two brave, beautiful daughters. She is a co-founder and the Chief Community Officer of Threads Worldwide, a social enterprise that provides life-changing work to women around the world through the fair trade of artisan jewelry. Kara is also the creator of We Are The Ones, a community committed to creating a world that works for everyone through social impact networks that celebrate and elevate our shared humanity. Kara holds a BA from Tufts University and an MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver.
