This Month: Forgiveness, Letting Go & Moving Forward
What are you still carrying from the past, and how might it be affecting the way you relate to yourself and others?
Join us for a thoughtful and engaging Conversation Salon with Gitit Kaufman, MS, LPC, as we explore forgiveness, letting go, and what it can mean to move forward in healthier, more intentional ways.
Forgiveness is deeply personal. It doesn’t mean minimizing what happened, excusing someone who hurt you, or pretending the past didn’t matter. Instead, forgiveness can be a choice we make for ourselves—a way to better understand what keeps us stuck and discover what we can do to move forward.
Conversation Led by Gitit Kaufman, MS, LPC
Gitit Kaufman, MS, LPC is the founder and owner of Connecting Dots Counseling, a private practice dedicated to supporting individual adults through the complexities of grief, loss, and relationship challenges.
A Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with more than two decades of international experience, Gitit brings a unique, holistic perspective to mental health, relationships, and personal empowerment.
This Conversation Salon is an opportunity to reflect on the experiences we carry with us, the ways they continue to shape our relationships, and what it might look like to loosen their hold as we move forward.
Through thoughtful dialogue and shared insight, we’ll consider forgiveness not as something we owe to someone else, but as a deeply personal process that can create space for greater understanding, connection, and choice in our own lives.
Together, We’ll Explore
- How holding onto the past can affect our well-being and relationships
- The three interconnected levels of our relationships and why they matter
- What keeps us stuck and how we can begin to shift those patterns
- How forgiveness can help us recognize the connections and experiences that shape our lives
- Ways we can empower ourselves through the choices and actions we take
Come join the conversation.
Bring your curiosity, your experiences, and an open mind. There’s no expectation to have all the answers—just an opportunity to reflect, connect, and perhaps see something in a new way.
Space is limited. We hope you’ll join us for this meaningful conversation.
