This Month: Finding the Courage to Begin Again

Join us for a meaningful Conversation Salon as Seija shares her personal journey from addiction to awakening. Through honesty, resilience, and deep reflection, she will explore what it means to rebuild your life, reconnect with your authentic self, and discover that change is always possible.

Drawing from both lived experience and her work supporting others through crisis, Seija offers a powerful perspective on healing, self-worth, and the role of community in transformation. This conversation invites women to reflect, connect, and be inspired by the possibility of growth at any stage of life.

In this Conversation Salon, we will explore:

  • The emotional and practical realities of the journey to sobriety

  • Rebuilding self-worth and rediscovering purpose

  • The importance of connection and community in healing

  • Resilience, personal transformation, and hope for what comes next

Conversation led by Seija Nelson

Seija is a volunteer victim advocate with the Broomfield Police Department and has been sober since April 10, 2015. She also mentors women in recovery and continues her mission of supporting others through service in senior living and volunteer work with the Alzheimer’s Association.
